Templates
The ASRaymond brand uses templated materials whenever possible for ease and consistency. Download and use the templates below as needed.
Presentation Template
When creating a presentation for the ASRaymond, start with the template available for download below. It is a PowerPoint template with many layout options, as well as font styles and color palette pre-loaded.
Digital Letterhead
The ASRaymond digital letterhead template is set up as a Word document, so it is easily accessible for creating and editing. Download and install the template to use for ASRaymond letters and content. When finished composing, export the file as a PDF for a finished look before sharing.
Email Signature
To insert and customize your signature, download the Word document below and follow these instructions.
Open the Word document and press CTRL + A to select the full signature, then CTRL + Copy.
Open Outlook on your computer and compose a new email. At the top, select Signature, then Manage Signatures.
Click on the plus sign and name your new signature. Click in the signature box and press CTRL + V to paste.
Update your name and position, then click the disk icon at the top to save.
